We are pet-friendly! We allow both dogs and cats!

Max 2 pets allowed per household. 
Monthly pet rent $35 per pet. 
One-time pet fee $150 per household. 
Pet deposit $150 per household. 
Maximum weight limit 50 pounds per pet. 
No exotic animals are allowed at this property.

Breed Restrictions: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier) Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf.  Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.
